Let's Make Sure It's Right the First Time

We encourage customers to contact Voltage Motorsports before ordering if there is any uncertainty about bike selection, sizing, fitment, compatibility, or application. We'd much rather help you choose the correct product the first time.

Electric bikes and e-motos are considered final sale once delivered due to their size, shipping requirements, and the nature of these products.

Eligible parts, accessories, apparel, and riding gear may be considered for return provided they are unused, uninstalled, unworn, and in new and resalable condition with their original packaging, tags, components, and documentation.

Electrical components, batteries, controllers, motors, chargers, special-order products, custom-order products, and items that have been installed or used may not be eligible for return.

Approved returns may be subject to return shipping and applicable restocking fees.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Please keep all original packaging and shipping materials and provide photographs or video when requested. We'll work with you to determine the appropriate next step.

Please do not ship any product back to Voltage Motorsports without prior return authorization.
