At Voltage Motorsports, we stand behind the products we sell and want our customers to have confidence in their purchase. Many of our bikes, parts, batteries, electronics, and accessories are backed by warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.

Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and remedies vary by manufacturer and product. If you experience a problem with something purchased through Voltage Motorsports, contact us first. Our team will help evaluate the issue and, when applicable, assist you through the manufacturer's warranty process.

We understand how frustrating it is when your bike is down. Our goal is to make the warranty process as straightforward as possible and help get you back to riding.

Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover normal wear and tear, crash damage, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, lack of maintenance, water damage, or operation outside of the manufacturer's intended specifications.

For a potential warranty claim, we may request proof of purchase along with photographs, videos, diagnostic information, or other documentation necessary to evaluate the issue.
